No preservative Roast Beef and Turkey Breast, a slice of thin Swiss, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle on a half slice of homemade Sourdough (flour, water, salt). Shits about as clean as you can get I suppose… gotta add baby carrots and celery on the side and I think I’ve hit the jackpot! My math says 360 calories for lunch, 39g of carbs, 7g of fat, 33g of protein…

There’s a Produce stand in Myrtle beach on 73rd avenue and highway 17 in the parking lot that’s there Tuesday through Saturday that sells McLeod Farms peaches along with every other amazing summer fruit and vegetable you’d ever want. It’s worth the effort.
