Hey. I’m Jeff. Nice to meet you.
This is my website-slash-blog-slash-”platform”-slash-soapbox. I’m Vice-President of Digital Strategy and Creative Technology at LHWH Advertising & Public Relations in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and I’ve been doing this stuff (programming, building websites, interactivity, etc) for about 25 years or so.
I’m a husband, a father, a son, and a brother. I ride a bike (A beautiful Cervélo RS) obsessively. I’m an unabashed food snob. I love late Silver-Age and Bronze-Age DC Comics and have been working feverishly on collecting those awesome oversized DC Treasury Editions from the 70s, as well as completing a supersweet collection of those ground-breaking Denny O’Neil / Neal Adams Green Lanterns & Batmans. I also enjoy relaxing with a good video game as much as I enjoy a good comic. My gamertag is “JeffSmall” on Xbox Live, and I welcome any opportunity to play. I’ve never really enjoyed wearing a wetsuit, so I probably surf a lot less than I should, but I still start every year off with a list of resolutions that starts with, “surf more”. This year is no different. I promise. I’m going to surf more this year.
What you’re looking at here (this website) is pretty much just a playground for me. A place for me to flex my fingers, experiment, try stuff out. I’ll be doing crap here that may resemble work, but will probably wind up being more about playing than anything else.
