You work all day, you get home, you throw your daughter's balance bike in the car, grab the family, and go down to the ocean to walk on the boardwalk to watch your daughter ride her bike. Trust me when I tell you that life absolutely does not get ANY better than this. Moments like this make me acutely aware of how absolutely perfect my life and family are. I'm a blessed, lucky man who's surrounded by beautiful, wonderful people. I couldn't ask for a better life.
It's a balance bike. No pedals. It teaches her the most important thing to learn when riding a bike, balance. She'll graduate from this starter bike to a full blown bicycle completely bypassing training-wheels and as a result, no training-wheel anxiety. I watch her, amazed. She's skilled, she's fast, and she's got the balance of a circus performer. I couldn't be more proud of her.
